Open Schooling Sees 70% Failure Rate in 10th Grade Exams Over Last 4 Years

Under the ‘NIOS Project,’ an average of 70 per cent of students who took the 10th grade examination have failed in the last four years – this was revealed by the Delhi Directorate of Education (DoE) in response to an RTI.
